Hola, como estan? For the last couple days, we have been extremely busy. On the 11th, we all went white-water rafting on the Urubamba. It was a great way to get to know our fellow members of the trip. We even made a couple good local friends and brought them along too. Luis and Alex Fernando have become inseparable to our group. They even help us at the Tierra De Ninos. At the Tierra De Ninos, we have made great progress. With a task-force of about 30, we have accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. However, there is still a ton of work to do. It will take a lot of hard work, but we can achieve all of our goals for the park. Students have also been visiting Pancho’s house to weave really cool baskets. All of our host families are extremely nice and hospitable. The last few days have flown by with all the work and play. We still haven’t beaten the locals in soccer, and it doesn’t look well for us ever winning, but it is still a blast. Ollantaytambo is incredibly beautiful and equally charming. It is an incredible experience to play soccer while being surrounded by mountains on all sides. To Baha and Tucker, Pancho says hi and is wondering how you are doing.
Ciao, Zack
